HHI Computer Guys

Every answer your agents need, in one place

We build an AI assistant for brokerages and real estate teams that answers agents and staff from your own policies, deals and files, then takes on the work around it: listing paperwork, lead reports and staying in touch with past clients.

Stop answering the same questions

How do I move a listing to pending? Who orders the sign? Does the company pay for this ad? In most brokerages the answers live in a policy binder, a transaction system, a shared drive and someone's head. Agents ask the office, the office stops what it's doing, and the answer depends on who picked up.

We build an assistant that has read all of it. Agents and staff ask in plain English, on the web or their phone, and get the actual steps with the source, not a list of links.

What it does

Answers from your own systems

Policies, procedures, transaction records, shared drives, your training wiki and spreadsheets, searched together. It understands paraphrases and typos, not just exact words.

Deals and properties

Status, price, milestone dates, people, documents and recent activity on any deal, plus lists and counts across all of them.

The right form, the current copy

Ask for a form by name, number or nickname and get the blank office copy, never someone's signed one. Documents come back newest first, with archive copies labelled.

HOA and community documents

Fees, dues, contacts and rules, searchable across your community files, scanned PDFs included, with the source file named.

Agents and staff see different things

Agents get listing details, how-tos and policies. Commission splits, financials and logins stay with staff and admins.

Links from your website and videos

Ask for the latest market report or a community guide and get the real link. Ask about a topic from one of your videos and it links to the moment it comes up.

It doesn't guess

If a field is blank at the source, it says so and names it, so it gets fixed where it lives. It's read-only by default, so it can't change a record.

You see every question

An admin view shows what people ask, lets anyone flag a wrong answer, and lists the questions it couldn't answer so you can publish the missing piece.

Approved answers come first

When your office answers something well, it becomes an approved answer the assistant uses first. Older answers come back for a check.

Easy onboarding

Add a whole roster from one spreadsheet. Each person chooses their own password the first time they sign in, and when someone leaves, one switch signs them out everywhere.

The work around the questions

Listing paperwork from one form

An agent fills in one web form and the whole listing package comes back filled in, as one locked PDF. The signed copy is compared with it box by box, split into separate forms and sent for approval.

Staying in touch with past clients

Birthdays and home-purchase anniversaries pulled from your records, with a card emailed to the client and a text reminder to the agents who signed up for them. Your office can see what's coming and skip or pause any of it.

Lead reports

Response times, quiet leads, unanswered replies, which sources turn into closings and a monthly scorecard, in a dashboard for the people you choose.

Your history from an old CRM

Leaving a CRM that won't hand over everything? We pull out the contacts, deals, notes, emails and texts, then keep them searchable for your staff.

Flat PDFs into fillable forms

Upload a flat PDF form and get back a fillable one, with the boxes added and the original layout kept.

Marketing content

Branded social cards, letters and short videos made from a short brief, checked by us, then posted or scheduled to your accounts.

How we set it up

  1. We map your systems

Where your policies, transactions, files and training material live today, and who should see what.

  2. We connect and test

The assistant reads your sources and we test it against the questions your office actually gets.

  3. Your team tries it

A few agents and staff use it first. Wrong or missing answers are fixed before everyone signs in.

  4. We keep it current

As policies and people change, the assistant follows. You see what's asked and what's missing.

See it answer your questions

Bring the five questions your office answers most. We'll show you how the assistant would handle them.

Built around your rules

Your brokerage decides what each role can see and which folders are off limits. A personal folder can be blocked for everyone, admins included, and changing or sending anything has to be switched on deliberately, one system at a time.

Social Security and tax ID numbers, routing numbers and card numbers are hidden for every login, staff included. It never gives wire instructions in chat. It tells people to confirm them by phone with the closing attorney at a known number.

The IT underneath

Agents work from phones, laptops and home offices. We look after the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, devices and security those systems run on, so the assistant and the people using it are on solid ground.

Questions we get

Does it work with our transaction management system?

Most likely. We connect to the systems you already use and confirm the fit during discovery, before you commit to anything.

Can agents see commission splits or financials?

No. Agents see what you decide agents should see. Financials, internal splits and logins stay with staff and admins.

Can it send emails or change records?

Not by default. It only reads. Changing or sending anything has to be switched on deliberately, one system at a time.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. Your data is never sold or used to train our models.

Tell us what's going on.

Call, or send a few lines about your business or your computer. You'll hear back from a person who can actually fix it.
