Networks and Wi-Fi that stop being the problem

Slow, dropping or patchy Wi-Fi usually comes down to the wrong equipment in the wrong place. We design, install and look after networks that cover the whole building and keep guests away from your business data.

What we install

Firewalls and routers

Business-grade, updated and configured, instead of the box the internet provider left behind.

Access points

Mounted where the coverage needs to be, sized for how many devices actually connect. We use UniFi for most offices.

Switches and cabling

Wired connections for the things that shouldn't depend on Wi-Fi, run and labeled so the next fix is quick.

Separate networks

Staff, guests, cameras and smart devices on their own segments, so a visitor's phone or a cheap camera can't see your file server.

Common jobs

  • Office moves and new build-outs, planned before move-in day.
  • Restaurants and hospitality spaces with guest Wi-Fi that has to just work.
  • Offices with a "mystery closet" of equipment nobody has documented.
  • Printers and scanners that keep disappearing from the network.

Find out what we'd fix first

A free assessment looks at your computers, network, email and backups, and tells you plainly what needs attention.

Documented and monitored

When we're done you get a map of what's where, the admin accounts in your name, and, for managed clients, monitoring that tells us when something drops before your staff do.

Questions we get

Why is our Wi-Fi slow even though we pay for fast internet?

Usually because of coverage and congestion inside the building, not the internet line. Too few access points, poor placement or an overloaded consumer router are the usual causes.

Can you work with our existing equipment?

Often, yes. We'll assess what you have and only replace what's actually holding you back.

Tell us what's going on.

Call, or send a few lines about your business or your computer. You'll hear back from a person who can actually fix it.
