Microsoft 365 or Workspace?
We run both, so we have no reason to push you to one. If you're already on Workspace and it works, we keep it and look after it. If you're weighing a move, we'll tell you what it would change for your office, and we'll only suggest it if there's a real reason. Here's what we do on Microsoft 365.

Can you take over a Workspace account someone else set up?
Yes. We get admin access moved to accounts your business controls, review who can see what, and turn on the security settings that were missed.
Can you move us between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes, in either direction. We plan the cutover, copy mail, calendars and contacts, and switch delivery over at a quiet time so nothing is lost in between.
Do we need Google Workspace backup?
We recommend it. Trash and retention in Workspace are limited and not designed for restoring mistakes or a hacked account's damage months later.
