This website gives general information about HHI Computer Guys and our services. Articles are general guidance, not advice for your specific situation; call us before acting on anything that could affect your data or systems.
Our services
Repair work, managed IT, website and SEO services are provided under the quote, work order or agreement you approve. Where those documents differ from this page, they govern.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program. HHI Computer Guys Customer Care Texts. We text people who have asked us to: replies to questions, appointment scheduling and reminders, support updates and notices about work we are doing for you. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How you join. You join by checking the text message box on our contact form, or by texting us first at (843) 422-2201. Joining is optional and is not a condition of buying anything from us or working with us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your requests and the work we are doing for you.
Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages. To rejoin, reply START.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (843) 422-2201.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
Your data
Back up your data before any repair or service. We take care to protect it, but storage devices can fail during diagnosis or repair, and we are not responsible for data loss on equipment that was failing when it was brought to us.
