What we collect

When you use our contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name, message and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you call or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us. If we provide IT services to you, we will have access to your systems and data as needed to do that work.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, provide the services you ask for, and keep records of our work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate. It uses cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Text messages and your mobile number

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your name and mobile number only to send those messages and to respond to your requests.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Service providers

Form submissions go through our form provider, Jotform, and reach our team by email. Text messages are delivered by our business phone provider. The site is hosted by Render and delivered through Cloudflare, which process standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. These providers handle information only to provide their service to us.

Client data

Data we access while supporting your systems stays confidential and is used only to provide our services. We access only what the work requires.
