Less office busywork, client files kept confidential

We automate the office work around your practice, from finding the right form to answering staff questions. When a task touches client files, it runs on hardware you control, not a cloud AI service.

Two kinds of work, two sets of rules

Most AI tools send what you type to someone else's servers, which is the wrong place for a client file. Much of a firm's busywork never touches one: finding templates, answering staff questions, marketing, review replies. We keep the two apart, so the everyday work moves quickly and client files stay where you control them.

When client files are involved

  • It stays on hardware you control. Client documents are processed by an AI model that runs on a dedicated computer, not sent to a cloud AI service.
  • Separate, limited sign-ins. File work happens under its own account with only what it needs: no web access, no add-ons and no saved chats.
  • An audit trail. Every use is logged with who and when, without copying the document itself into the log.
  • Invented data while we build. Building and testing use made-up files only. Real client files come after you've approved how they're handled.
  • The IT around it, to the same standard. Encryption, multi-factor sign-in, backups and monitoring on the computers and accounts around it. See cybersecurity.

What we automate for firms

A staff assistant for your procedures

Staff ask how something is done and get the answer from your own procedures, templates and files, with the source named.

The right form, the current copy

Ask for a form or template by name or nickname and get the current blank office copy, never one someone already filled in.

Flat PDFs into fillable forms

Upload a form that can only be printed and get back a fillable one, with the boxes added and the original layout kept.

Sensitive numbers hidden

Social Security and tax ID numbers, routing numbers and card numbers are hidden for every login, and it never gives wire instructions in chat.

Marketing content with guardrails

Branded posts, letters and short videos from a short brief. Your list of words and claims to avoid is enforced, and nothing reaches you until we've reviewed it.

Review replies you approve

New Google reviews get a drafted reply that waits for your approval, so nothing is ever posted about a client automatically.

Your history from an old system

Leaving software that won't hand over everything? We pull out the contacts, notes, emails and documents, then keep them searchable for your staff.

A help desk for your team

Staff report problems from one portal and see where each request stands, handled by the same team that runs your IT.

How we start

  1. We sort the work

Which tasks touch client files and which never do. Most of the quick wins are in the second group.

  2. We agree the rules

Who sees what, which folders are off limits, and what has to stay on your own hardware.

  3. We build with invented data

No real client file is used while building or testing.

  4. You approve, we run it

You decide what runs on its own and what waits for a person, and we keep it running.

Talk it through before you build

Tell us which office work you'd like off your staff's plate. We'll say what can be automated and what has to stay with a person.

The IT underneath

We already look after computers, email and security for law offices. The assistant runs on top of the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, devices and managed IT we keep running, so one local team is accountable for all of it.

Questions we get

Do client files go to ChatGPT or another cloud AI?

Not in the work we build around client files. Those are processed by a model on hardware you control. Marketing and procedure tools that never see a client file can use cloud AI.

Does it give legal advice?

No. It answers your staff from your own procedures, templates and files. Legal judgment stays with your attorneys.

Do we have to replace our practice management software?

No. It works alongside the systems you already use, and we confirm the fit during discovery, before you commit to anything.

Do you also look after our computers and network?

Yes. We provide managed IT for law offices: monitoring, security, backups, email and a help desk, from the same local team.

Tell us what's going on.

Call, or send a few lines about your business or your computer. You'll hear back from a person who can actually fix it.
